Drew and Janet Turner saw a need for pharmacy services in the town of Kansas, OK, as well as the communities in the surrounding area. So, in November 2012, Kansas Pharmacy opened for business.
Since we are an independent drug store, we are able to offer many services the big box chain stores do not, such as specialized medication compounding, nursing home/assisted living medication blister packaging, and sourcing of “hard to find items” that most stores no longer stock. We also strive to save our customers money on their prescriptions through therapeutic class generic substitution, utilizing pharmaceutical manufacturer coupon programs, and free Medicare Part D prescription plan analysis. We offer a full line of prescription and over the counter medications, vitamins and supplements, and accept all insurance plans including Medicare Part D.
Unlike the large, big box chain stores, Kansas Family Pharmacy’s staff values every customer that walks through our door. We know most of them by name. We also understand that our continued success depends on you, the completely satisfied customer!
